Consortium of public libraries of Catalonia

Our work with this client consisted in moving all its archives to a central warehouse designed to hold over 2,275 linear meters of documentation (monographs and periodicals from the different libraries under the Consortium) with little demand and their technical processing.

Technical processing consisted in recording the documentation taken to a Database and the making of a collective catalogue of all the libraries under this Consortium. The record included the creation of shelf list, a description of the registered collections and the annotation of the shelf list number in the registry.
